What we collect

• Account details: your email and, if you sign in with Google, your name and picture.
• Your uploads, transcripts, edit plans and finished reels.
• Billing status from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• Waitlist sign-ups: your email and the page you came from.

How we use it

To make and deliver your reels, run your account and plan, and email you about the service. We don't sell your data and don't use your videos to train AI models.

Who processes it

• Speech is transcribed on our own machines.
• Anthropic (Claude) receives your transcript and a few still frames to plan the edit. It doesn't receive your video.
• Supabase stores accounts and project records.
• Dodo Payments processes subscriptions.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and handles our email.
• Stock and archive libraries (such as Pexels and Wikimedia Commons) receive search terms, never your footage.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your projects while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account or any project and we'll remove it within 30 days. Email hello@onetakereel.com.

Children

One Take Reel is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
