Who we are

One Take Reel (onetakereel.com) turns a recorded video of you talking into an edited short-form reel. By using it you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy a plan.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the reels we make from them.
• You give us permission to process your uploads only to produce and deliver your reels.
• Only upload footage you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• You're responsible for what you publish. Reels can include AI-generated plans, illustrations and fact suggestions; check them before you post.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions with a set number of reels. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
• Unused plan reels don't roll over. Bonus reels from sign-up and referrals don't expire.
• You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• If a reel fails because of a problem on our side, the reel is returned to your balance.

Third-party media

Some reels include stock or archive media under its own licence. We list credits with each export; keep them with the reel where the licence asks for attribution.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your files safe, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
